— If you are experiencing an emergency or a personal/property crime, please contact 911 immediately. If you need to report a crime that has already occurred, please call 503-823-3333 or file a report online here. You can visit this link to report a campsite.

— Please visit our website for a list of our congregate and motel shelters, as well our villages and alternative shelters. All of our permanent housing programs are Veteran-only. For more information on how to connect a Veteran to permanent housing, please visit our website.

Do Good is not legally able to provide security services, and we are limited to interactions with those who are in the immediate perimeter of our shelters or programs. We offer services and support but have no authority to force individuals to accept them or and we cannot remove camps. By law, in the city of Portland, only the police or City officials can remove camps. We must follow the same reporting process as community members and have no control over when and how the City follows up.
